Showing House to Customers

Funding

If your tenants are on a middle to low-income, and your property is rated EPC D or below, you may be eligible for funding through the government's Warmer Homes Grant scheme to cover up to two-thirds of your retrofit costs.

We can assist you and your tenants to apply for this grant funding and have your property retrofitted by vetted and qualified contractors if your property is in Lewisham or Greenwich.

Upgrade your property

We are working with Lewisham and Greenwich Councils to support landlords across the boroughs to improve their energy efficiency. We can offer advice and support tailored to your property's current Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and your goals, including the identification of grant funding available to install retrofit measures. We can even support you to make an application.

For example, you might be able to access up to two thirds match funding through the Warmer Homes Grant funding scheme. Speak to our team to see if your tenants are eligible, and if not, what other help you could get.

How it works:

  1. Book a call with Hojee, our landlord's advisor. He'll talk you through your property, opportunities to improve it's energy efficiency and explain what funding is available to support you in making these changes a reality.

  2. Refer your tenants to us. Our energy advice team will speak to your tenants and collect their details to assess eligibility for funding.

  3. We make the funding application on your behalf.

  4. If your application is accepted, we'll complete a property survey.

  5. You'll receive quotes for the work from qualified contractors.

  6. The works go ahead. Your property is made more comfortable and your EPC score is improved.
