How can landlords improve an EPC rating?

1:1 Energy Advice
Have one of our Domestic Energy Assessors visit your home and receive detailed, impartial energy advice on insulation, ventilation, renewable energy and smart appliances
We can assess your property remotely or face-to-face (+£30 call out fee)
Thermal Imaging Survey
Thermal imaging Surveys provide you with a detailed report containing images and notes on where your property is losing heat. Several recommendations will be made for targeted improvements.
Please note: Thermal imaging surveys can only be conducted when outdoor temperatures are low in order to see clearly where your home is losing heat, so book soon for this service!
Energy Performance Certification (EPC)
Book in for an updated EPC to prove compliance with MEES, or to evidence home improvements for demonstrated compliance with future MEES increases.
